This once dated, mid terraced townhouse had a three storey extension to the rear and a new floor was added to the main building with a mansard extension. The property was fully modernised throughout, including a new kitchen, staircases, bathrooms and internal carpentry all fully designed and specified by Morehen Architects.
Contract works were awarded following a negotiated tender carried out by us.
