Due to site constraints, including a tube line running directly to the rear, the additional space the client required was achieved through gaining planning permission for a basement, adding an extra 30% floor space to the property, consisting of a media room, guest bedroom and en suite.
Morehen Architects negotiated the tender and contractor appointment on the clients behalf and oversaw site operations lasting 5 months.
