The site formerly comprised a warehouse building and single residence with integral garage. Planning permission was granted for the demolition of all previous structures and the creation of six new flats, split over two buildings, with a communal courtyard to the centre of the site.
This modern, new build scheme of 4500 sq. was fully designed by Morehen Architects.
